Who processes the data

The data controller is the web studio MIKTOFF (Kharkiv — UKR). Send any questions about data processing to hello@miktoff.com.

What data we collect

Through the request form on the site you send us:

• your name;
• a contact — email or phone number;
• the name of your company or studio, if you entered it;
• the project type (Website, end to end, Front-end from a design (Figma to code), Digital product, dashboard, integrations, Telegram bot, Something else);
• the approximate budget (under $1000, $1000–3000, $3000–7000, $7000+, Not decided yet);
• the text of your message.

Along with the request we technically receive the time it was sent, the address of the page you came from and UTM tags, if the link had any. The IP address is used only to limit how many requests come from one address and is not stored with the request.

Why we process it

The only purpose is to answer your request and discuss working together. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. We do not use this data for mailings and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

Who the data is shared with

A request reaches us through two channels and passes through services that act as data processors:

• Resend — delivery of the email to our inbox.
• Telegram — an instant notification about a new request.
• The site hosting provider — processing the request on the server.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics. It collects anonymous visit statistics, uses no cookies and builds no user profiles.

How long we keep it

Correspondence about a request is kept for as long as it is needed to work on the project or to answer your enquiry. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to find out what data of yours we hold, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to request its deletion or to withdraw your consent. To use any of these rights, write to hello@miktoff.com — we answer within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this document, we will update the date at the top of the page. The current version is always available at https://miktoff.com/privacy.
